• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.

If you’re outside our current shipping area, please contact us to discuss possible special arrangements.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the chosen shipping method and delivery destination, and are shown during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after your package is scanned by the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages / Return to Sender

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, G’Verde Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• We recommend shipping to a secure location or an address where someone is available to receive the package.

Damages

• We take great care in packaging and handling each order.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at care@gverdecollective.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
