Q: What ingredients are used in your hand wash and lotion?
Our products are made with gentle, high-quality ingredients that cleanse and moisturize without harsh chemicals. Each formula is free from parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. You can find the full ingredient list on each product page.
Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our hand wash and lotion formulas are made with 100% vegan ingredients and are cruelty-free — we never test on animals.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are good for 12 months after opening. To maintain quality, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the bottles tightly closed.
Usage & Care
Q: How much product should I use?
For hand wash, one or two pumps are usually enough. For lotion, start with a small amount and add more as needed for soft, hydrated skin.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, so once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
If your order has already been shipped, you may return the unopened package in accordance with our return and refund policy once it arrives.
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental U.S. (before tax and after discounts). Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us before sending anything back.
