Refund policy

At G’Verde Collective, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your experience isn’t as expected, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we can only accept returns for items that remain sealed and unused, with intact safety seals or shrink wrap.

Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at care@gverdecollective.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Include clear photos of the packaging and product — this helps us resolve the issue quickly and accurately. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right as promptly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures availability and faster fulfillment.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is the result of our error — such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item — we will gladly send a replacement at no additional charge.
• Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at care@gverdecollective.com.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. This includes items with broken pumps, seals, shrink wrap, or packaging that shows signs of tampering.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not return any items without authorization.

G’Verde Collective reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions or show signs of misuse.
